Meeting Notes

May 25, 2025 – Board Meeting

Meeting Minutes:

  • Funding raising $370 – 57 tickets (Sat Mariners game).
  • Brown Bear tickets sold all 150 tickets.
    • Ordered 50 more tickets. $2.50 to order
    • Possible signup on Spring Showcase
  • Mariners PTO notification in ParentSquare
    • Yearbook/Leadership class to make the flyer
    • Mariner’s Game September 13th
  • Add PTO corner for ParentSquare for communications
  • Lacy was voted as Secretary.

Event Planning

  • Possible non-sporting events?
  • Village theatre and Paramount theatre
  • Cross country skiing, lessons, and rental
  • Hyak snow park – sledding hill (Northwest Forest pass)

Spring Showcase – ice cream social party

                Honors Student will be handing out ice cream for volunteer hours

$200 for secondary snow cone social – school will cover

Sarah has a friend who will be donating the use of a popcorn and cotton candy machine.  The PTO will pay for the floss and popcorn kernels/butter supplies.

Jackie will be meeting at SMS on the May 31st to move everything for the Field Day to SES.
