Whether you’re a new Meadowbrook family or you’ve been part of our community for years, we’d love to invite you to our first PTO meeting of the school year!
The Meadowbrook PTO is all about creating opportunities for our children and strengthening the connections between Meadowbrook families. Every idea, helping hand, and perspective helps make our school community even better.
Last year, thanks to the support of our amazing volunteers and families, we were able to:
- Help fund transportation for school field trips, including the Museum of Flight
- Organize optional family outings to Mariners games, Sounders matches, and Cirque du Soleil
- Create opportunities for families to connect outside the classroom
We’re excited to build on that momentum this year!

Some of the events already on the calendar include:
- 🎉 All-School Bingo Night & Potluck — September 24
- 🎃 Muddy Boots Farm Pumpkin Patch Meetup — October 9
We’re also exploring additional opportunities like sporting events, a roller skating outing, and fundraising ideas such as a curriculum and resource swap or a post-holiday rummage sale.
Most importantly, we want to hear from you!
Do you have an idea for a family event? A fundraiser? A community service project? Is there something you’d love to see offered for Meadowbrook students and families? We’d love your input.
Whether you have an hour to volunteer occasionally, enjoy helping organize events, or simply want to share ideas, there’s a place for everyone. Your level of involvement is entirely up to you, and every contribution makes a difference.
This year’s first meeting:
📅 Thursday, September 11
🕚 11:00 AM
📍 Snoqualmie Middle School – Robyn’s Office
A note about how to get to the meeting:
Robyn’s Office (also known as the curriculum library) is located in the portable buildings in the back of Snoqualmie Middle School. You can either park in the main SMS lot or drive through the gate and, if there’s room, park in the gravel lot right outside the portable buildings.
We hope you’ll join us on September 11 as we kick off another wonderful year of building community, creating memorable experiences, and supporting our children’s education together.
